We currently offer Worldwide delivery. New orders will be despatched by Royal Mail from Monday-Friday. Orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days.

There is a guaranteed next working day delivery (by 1pm) offered by the Royal Mail but it is a whopping £6.45 for a letter and £11 for the largest small parcel (2kg)! We can do this but we don't feel many customers would be happy to pay such a large amount for delivery (we wouldn't!) so we haven't included it in our standard delivery options. Please note that toyhood store Ltd do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside the UK.
Please provide a valid mailing address and telephone number because we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach you because of incorrect shipping details submitted at Checkout. Please contact us to discuss if your order does not arrive within 14 days.
Returns + Exchanges
We will be sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase, but you can return faulty or unused goods to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please note, we can only offer refunds and exchanges on faulty or unused items (must be in original packaging with original tags). Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges on items that do not meet this requirement

You are responsible for the costs of returning items unless they are faulty. We advise you to use a recorded/trackable delivery and to keep the receipt of postage in case the package goes missing
We will refund or exchange goods at our discretion. Sale goods are not eligible for a refund
Once the goods have been received by us, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days of receipt (delivery fee will be deducted for unused returns and refunded for faulty returns)
If you wish to cancel an order, email email@example.com as soon as possible. If you cancel before the order is shipped, we offer you a full refund; however, if you cancel after we have shipped, we will refund the cost of the order excluding the delivery fees after receipt of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we suggest you use a recorded/ trackable delivery and to keep the receipt of postage in case the package goes missing. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to returned goods
