We currently offer Worldwide delivery. New orders will be despatched by Royal Mail from Monday-Friday. Orders received by 10am will be despatched on the same day (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Orders after 10am will be despatched the next working day

There is a guaranteed next working day delivery (by 1pm) offered by the Royal Mail but it is a whopping £6.45 for a letter and £11 for the largest small parcel (2kg)! We can do this but we don't feel many customers would be happy to pay such a large amount for delivery (we wouldn't!) so we haven't included it in our standard delivery options. We also offer a free weekend delivery service for customers living in Muswell Hill and Alexandra Park. Our toyhood store delivery man will cycle to you to deliver orders for free. Delivery costs incurred at checkout will be reimbursed to you when we deliver!
Here's how it works
If you live in the Muswell Hill or Alexandra Park area, we will email you shortly after your order to ask if you would like our free weekend delivery. Please respond to arrange a suitable time. Delivery costs paid will be refunded to you in cash when we deliver
However, note we need you to respond by 12pm the next working day after receiving your order because our policy is to despatch goods (ordered by 5pm) the next working day. We will deliver your order by Royal Mail as normal if you have not responded by 12pm
European Union and Rest of the World Delivery
Please note that toyhood store Ltd do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside the UK.
Please provide a valid mailing address and telephone number because we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach you because of incorrect shipping details submitted at Checkout. Please contact us to discuss if your order does not arrive within 14 days.
Returns + Exchanges
We will be sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase, but you can return faulty or unused goods to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please note, we can only offer refunds and exchanges on faulty or unused items (must be in original packaging with original tags). Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges on items that do not meet this requirement
Email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reasons why you are requesting a refund/exchange. Please do not return the goods to us before we email back approving the return/exchange

You are responsible for the costs of returning items unless they are faulty. We advise you to use a recorded/trackable delivery and to keep the receipt of postage in case the package goes missing
We will refund or exchange goods at our discretion. Sale goods are not eligible for a refund
Once the goods have been received by us, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days of receipt (delivery fee will be deducted for unused returns and refunded for faulty returns)
If you wish to cancel an order, email email@example.com as soon as possible. If you cancel before the order is shipped, we offer you a full refund; however, if you cancel after we have shipped, we will refund the cost of the order excluding the delivery fees after receipt of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we suggest you use a recorded/ trackable delivery and to keep the receipt of postage in case the package goes missing. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to returned goods
